About Me

I LOVE Colorado! I understand the lifestyle. Having lived and worked in different areas of the state, I have a feel for the local personalities of individual towns. My perspective and guidance can be an asset to folks familiar and unfamiliar with the lay of the land.

I have practiced real estate since 1992 and opened the doors to my firm during a period when banks were trying to recover from the Savings and Loan fiasco with the help of the RTC and FDIC. My work since then has prepared me for navigating every aspect of the real estate highs and lows.

While negotiating complex transactions during the early part of my career, I recognized how the study of law could benefit my brokerage business. In 1999, I earned my Doctor of Juris Prudence degree from the University of Denver. I accomplished my goal over four years enrolled in the evening division, while raising my teenage daughter and managing a major real estate project in Southern Colorado. I have never practiced law, but I am confident with my knowledge and how it supports me in representing my clients’ best interests.

I am a trained mediator and regularly apply those skills to my routine activities in the real estate deal. Professional and poised, I guide that process with expertise that can only be honed after years of training and practical application. My pride comes from satisfied clients who provide the referral basis for my business. I build relationships, because it has very little to do with real estate and everything to do with the people.

As a Senior Olympian in Basketball and Badminton, I love to play! I am also competitive at tennis. I am an active member with Women’s Council of Realtors, a national network of like-minded professionals.
